Who we are

LaunchingSoon.sg is run by Justin Kong (CEA Registration No. R012735G), a salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence No. L3008022J), 480 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh #11-01H/J, Singapore 310480. We handle your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send a form on this site we collect what you type in: your name, mobile number, email address, what you are asking for, the project, and any preferred viewing date and time. We also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any advertising tags in the page address (such as the campaign and keyword of an ad you clicked), so we know which pages and ads work.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry, usually by WhatsApp or a call.
• To arrange showflat viewings and consults you ask for.
• To send you price lists, floor plans and updates on projects you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

Your details are passed to us through service providers that help us receive and manage enquiries (Zapier, Slack and Google Workspace). Where you ask for a viewing, we may share your name and number with the developer's appointed sales team to book it. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to serve you, or as required by law, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time by emailing contactme@justinkongyt.com or messaging +65 8113 5511. If you withdraw consent, we will stop contacting you about new projects.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They set cookies that tell us which pages and projects people look at, how far they read, and which ads brought them here. These reports are in totals and do not identify you by name. Meta may also use this to show our ads to people who visited the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The details you type into a form are not sent to Google or Meta.
